摘  要:目的观察血脂平冲剂对大鼠高脂血症、血液黏附分子(CAM3)和一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法采用ig脂肪乳剂建立大鼠高脂血症模型。用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血液可溶性细胞黏附分子(sICAm-1)、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子(svCAm-1);用分光光度计检测血清NO含量。结果与阳性对照药物脂必妥比较,血脂平冲剂能改善高脂饲料所致血脂异常及CAM3表达,可明显提高NO水平,且显示量效关系。结论血脂平冲剂可抑制sICAM-1、svCAM-1的表达,提高体内NO水平,具有明显的抗氧化、保护血管内皮细胞作用。Objective To observe Xuezhiping Granule's effect on rats' hyperlipemia, CAM3 and NO . Method Established rats' hyperlipemiamodel with ig fat emulsion. Examined and determined sICAm - 1 and svCAm - 1 with ELISA;measured the content of NO in serum with spectrophotometer. Results Compared with positive control druglipobital, Xuezhiping granule could improve abnormality of blood fat due to high- fat feeds and expression of CAM3, significantly raise NO level and show the relationship between quantity and effect. Conclusion Xuezhiping granule could inhibit expression of sICAM - land svCAM - 1 raise NO level and protect vascular endothelial cells with its obvious antioxidation.
