摘　　要：首次从西藏猫乳中分离并鉴定了３个化合物，它们是Ｍａｅｓｏｐｓｉｎ（Ⅰ），山奈酚（Ｋａｅｍｐｆｅｒｏｌ，Ⅱ）和右旋肌醇甲醚（Ｐｉｎｉｔｏｌ，Ⅲ）．利用二维核磁对（Ⅰ）和（Ⅲ）的全部氢信号和碳信号进行了确切归属，并由此而确定了（Ⅲ）的立体构型。化合物（Ⅰ）为其中主要成分。初步筛选结果显示，化合物（Ⅰ）有较强的抗癌促进因子作用和细胞毒作用。Three compounds were isolated from the hardwoods of Rhamnella gilgitic Mansfeild at Melt. for the first time. Their structures were proved to be maesopsin (Ⅰ) kaempferol (Ⅱ),and pinitol(Ⅲ). With the aid of 2D-NMR technique all the proton and carbon signals in the structures of both (Ⅰ) and (Ⅲ) have been completely estaiblished, the conformation of Ⅲ was also determined. (Ⅰ) was the main component in the plant, preliminary test showed that (Ⅰ) possessed activities of tumor-promoting inhibition and cytotoxicit
