利尿对消化性溃疡穿孔并弥漫性腹膜炎手术治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的观察利尿对消化性溃疡穿孔并弥漫性腹膜炎手术治疗效果的影响。方法将153例患者术后随机分为对照组72例和治疗组81例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用利尿剂(速尿)静脉注射,观察两组患者术后恢复情况及切口并发症。结果治疗组术后胃肠功能恢复较对照组快,腹壁切口感染及裂开较对照组少,两组间有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论消化性溃疡穿孔并弥漫性腹膜炎术后使用利尿剂有利于胃肠功能恢复,并可减少术后并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the effect of diuresis on postoperative recovery of patients with diffuse peritonitis caused by peptic ulcer perforation. Methods 153 cases were randomly divided into two groups,one group with routine treatment（control group）, another group With diuretic such as furosemide and routine treatment（ experiment group）. And then postoperative recovery and incisional complications were analyzed in these two groups. Resuits Gastrointestinal function recovered more quickly in experiment group than control group while incisional infection and incisional split seldom occurred in contrast to control group. There were statistical significance between these two groups（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The effect of ＇diuresis on postoperative recovery of patients with diffuse peritonitis caused by peptic ulcer perforation is obvious, which can significantly improve the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce incisionsl complications.
