摘　　要：作者报道５４例年龄３～１３岁的正常小儿２４ｈ动态心电图。心率范围４５～１９７次／ｍｉｎ。全组均有窦速，大部分（７６％）有窦缓，部分有窦律不齐、窦停搏、窦房阻滞和Ⅰ度房室阻滞。全组发现室上性早搏２７例（５０％），室性早搏６例（１１％），均为单源单发性，早搏总次数两者均小于１０次／２４ｈ。A 24 hour dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG) was performed in 54 healthy children aged 3 to 13 The heart rate ranged from 45 to 197 beats per minute Sinus tachycardia was seen in all children and sinus bradycardia in most of them(76%) Sinus arrhythmia, sinus arrest, S AB and Ⅰ° A VB occurred in part of them Supraventricular premature beats were present in 27 children (50%) and ventricular premature beats only in 6(11%) The premature beats were always unifocal and single The number of premature beats was all less than 10 beats/24 h From this study, we intend to suggest a criterion for the diagnosis of DCG in children。
