摘　　要：详细分析了SUS410与ASTM A387GR22异种钢的焊接性,阐述了焊接裂纹的产生原因及影响因素。介绍了采用CO2气体保护焊和Inconel系合金药芯焊丝焊接上述异种材质的工艺方法和措施。The weldability between SUS410 and ASTM A 387GR22 has been analyzed in this article, and the reason of the cracks produced during the welding process as well as the influential factors have been described as well. Meanwhile the process and the measures with CO2 gas shielded welding and Ineonel series alloy flux - cored wire to weld the above mentioned material have been presented.
