摘　　要：在不增加设备的情况下,通过采取倒排生产计划法、改进锻造生产工艺、优化管理等措施来大力提高锻件产量。减少锻造火次、缩短热处理周期、取消高温扩散、合理采用锻后空冷等都是有效措施。Under the condition of no additional equipment available , the increase of the forgings output by adopting of the back scheduling, the improved forging process and optimized management measures, so the effective measures shall be the reduction of the forging frequency, shortening of the heat treatment cycle, canceling of the high temperature diffusion and reasonable adopting of air cooling after forged.
