摘　　要：在知识经济时代,勘察设计咨询企业的竞争已从固定资产和注册资金的较量,转向自主知识产权的竞争。因而,勘察设计咨询企业要做好知识产权保护工作。不仅要建立企业内部的知识产权保护与管理制度,更要重视科技档案的管理工作,档案及其内容信息属于知识产权法保护范畴,完善的档案管理是企业保护知识产权的前提。In knowledge economic era, the competition of investigation design and consulting enterprise is transferred from the fixed asset and registered capital to independent knowledge property. Therefore, the knowledge property protection shall be well done, not only to establish its protection and management system within the enterprise, but also focus on the management of scientific and technical file. The file and its content fall into the scope of protection by the knowledge property law, and the perfection of file management is the premise of knowledge property protection in the enterprise.
