摘　　要：本手法是以中医基本理论为指导，以中医正骨手法为基础，结合现代解剖生理，病理学与生物力学原理，主要治疗脊柱损伤性疾病和脊柱相关疾病，手法以实用、显效、安全、病人无痛若为特点。手法含两大类：（１）．脊柱或椎旁软组织炎变或痉挛及其神经、血管分布区域出现相应病症的手法：推散法，活筋松解法，理顺法，拿筋法，叩击法，传导法，反射法和调理法。（２）．脊柱小关节错位及神经、血管分布区域出现病症的手法。颈椎旋转复位法，角度复位法，侧旋提推法，胸椎掌推法和膝顶法，腰椎斜搬法和旋转复位法，骶髂关节单髋过伸复位法和单髋过屈复位法，耻骨联合侧卧挤压法。本套手法具有客观指标作为定量标准，定位准确，疗效确切。手法利用生物力学原理来恢复原脊柱的内外平衡或加以消除炎症的措施。根据中医理论，通过手法解除肌痉挛，调理软组织，恢复关节运动而通调经络气血，从而达到治病的目的。The manipulations stem from TCM massage and its guiding ideology is based on TCM theory. It is combined with modern anatomical physiology and biomechanics. It mainly deals with the treatment of traumatic disorders of spine and the disorders associated with spine. This set of manipulations is practical, effective, safe and painless.The manipulations consist of two kinds: 1.Manipulation for disorders due to inflammation of spinal soft tissue. There are eight methods. They are Pushing to spread, Activating collaterals to relax, Restoring, Holding muscle, Knocking, Conducting, Reflexing and Regulating.2.Manipulation for disorders due to displacement of vertebral facet joints. There are ten methods. They are Rotatlonal reduction, Angular reduction, and Lateral-rotate-lift-pushing for cervical vertebrae; Palm pushing and Knee pushing for thoracic vertebrae; High velocity thrust and Rotating for lumbar vertebrae: Reduction of single hipoverextenxion and hip-overflexion for sacroiliac joint; and Pressing in lateral position for separation of symphis pubis.The manipulation has its quantitative standards which are measured by some objective index and results firmly.There is no mistaking that the therapy aims at.It is therapy’s principles that regulating internal and external spinal balance and reducing inflammation.According to TCM theory, main functions of the therapy is clearing channels and promoting vital energy and blood circulation by means of correcting displacement, relaxing spasm, restoring soft tissue and recovering joint's movement so as to treat diseases.
