摘  要:分析出某厂14机架单独传动钢管微张力减径机在轧制过程中出现青线的原因是该减径机的主机架中滑板制造误差过大,机架受力倾斜造成的,整改后青线消失。The reason that produced the black thread on the steel tube during the rolling process by the 14 stands micro - tension reducing mill has been analyzed in this article, which indicates that it is caused by over tolerance machining of the slide located in the mill housing , and the housing is forced tilted. By means of the upgrading, this phenomena has been eliminated.
