摘  要:综述了世界及我国太阳能电池产业的发展。指出提升现有多晶薄膜型太阳能电池的光电转换效率并降低其成本是当前光伏电能领域的主要课题。为了同单晶硅太阳能电池竞争,薄膜型光电池必须在性能方面与之相当,成本应该更低。要获得更低的成本,最好的出路是探索更高性能的电池材料和新颖的电池结构。文章阐明用多晶锗硅薄膜作为太阳能电池材料,能获得比多晶硅薄膜太阳能电池更高的发电效率和更低的成本。The development of solar cell industry worldwide is outlined briefly. It is pointed out that the main research topic in the field of photovohaic energy is the enhancement of photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells as well as the fall of their cost. In order to compete with crystalline silicon (c-Si) solar cells, the thin-film Si-based ones should have at least equivalent performance and lower cost. The best way to acquire lower cost is to explore cell materials with better performance and new type of cell structures. It also points out that the higher electricity generating efficiency and lower cost will be obtained if polycrystalline silicon germanium (poly SiGe) alloys is used as solar energy materials compared with polycrystalline silicon thin film (poly-Si).
