试述补益肝肾法在眼病治疗中的运用

摘　　要：从“乙癸同源”探讨眼科疾病病机,阐述肝肾同治对眼科虚证治疗的重要意义。针对新世纪《中医眼科学》教材侧重滋养肝肾阴血,将补益肝肾法分为滋肝肾阴血与补肝肾阳气两个方面。强调培补肝肾阳气的重要性。Through the research of tonifying the liver and kidney in the ophthalmology of traditional Chinese medicine of new century teaching material,find out the connection between ophthalmic diseases and the theory that Yi and Gui derive from the same root,and also illuminate the significance to cure ophthalmic syndrome of deficiency by troating the liver and kideny at the same time. Tonifyinjg the liver and kidney could be divided into two categories,namely,nourishing the Yin and blood,strengthening the Yang and Qi. In the teaching material,more attention is payed to nourishing the Yin and blood while we also attach importance to strengthening the Yang and Qi of the liver and kidney.
