高州市麻疹疫苗接种率与麻疹发病率关系分析

摘　　要：目的探讨麻疹疫苗接种率与麻疹发病率之间的关系,为进一步控制麻疹提供科学依据。方法通过常规免疫接种率报告系统和法定传染病报告系统获取麻疹疫苗接种率和麻疹发病率,并对其进行统计学分析。结果麻疹正式纳入计划免疫后高州市麻疹发病率从普种前的371.17/10万降到36.04/10万,降幅达90.29%,之后麻疹接种率一直呈上升趋势,而麻疹发病率则呈持续下降趋势,且麻疹发病率下降幅度大于麻疹接种率上升幅度,降幅最高达90.3%,而接种率升幅只有2%左右。麻疹疫苗接种率与麻疹发病率呈负相关,有非常显著的统计学意义(r=0.9010,p<0.01)。结论随着麻疹疫苗接种率的提高,麻疹发病呈逐年下降趋势,而且由于免疫屏障的作用,麻疹疫苗接种率无需达到100%也可达到加速控制乃至最终消灭麻疹的目的。Objective To probe into the relationship between immunization coverage rate of measles vaccine and the measles incidence, to provide scientific evidence for measles control further. Methods We got the measles coverage rate and measles incidence by routine coverage rate reporting system and notifiable disease reporting system, and analized them statisticaly. Results After the measles vaccination had been introduced into EPI, the measles incidence of 6aozhou come down from 300per100000 to 50per100000, the dropping down range is 83.3 percent. And with the coverage rate of measles vaccine going up the measles incidence appeared downtrend increasingly. The measles incidence dropping off range is much greater than the going up range of the coverage rate, since the greatest dropping off range is 90.29percent, the going up range is only about 2 percent. Measles incidence was negatively correlated with the coverage rate of measles vaccine and there was statistic significance. （r=0.9010, p〈0.01） Conclusion As the coverage rate of measles vaccine promoting ,the measles incidence decreased yearby year, and because of the effect of immunity protective screen it can achieve the goal of measles control completely or elinmination of measles without have 100 percent of coverage rate of measles vaccine.
