摘　　要：针对含金属纤维织物特点,优化染整工艺,通过试验,分析冷轧堆和连续煮漂前处理工艺对棉金属纤维织物的影响,确定了正确的染整工艺路线:即采用冷轧堆前处理工艺,丝光和染色工艺同常规棉织物,后整理实施柔软、拉幅和预缩。Cold pad-batching process and continuous scouring and bleaching pretreatment of metal-contained cotton fabric are carried out, the optimum conditions are determined, which is, cold pad-batching pretreatment, conventional mercerizing and dyeing for all cotton fabric, followed by softening, stentering and compressive shrinking. The treated fabric has good properties.
