摘　　要：目的探讨小儿肾上腺肿瘤手术的术前准备和麻醉处理。方法选取1997年9月￣2003年12月小儿肾上腺肿瘤切除术9例,年龄11个月￣14岁,平均8.02±4.44岁;嗜铬细胞瘤1例,肾上腺皮质肿瘤8例(腺瘤4例,皮质癌2例,囊肿1例,神经母细胞瘤1例);气管内插管吸入复合静脉麻醉7例,气管内全麻联合硬膜外麻醉2例;术前2小时起至术中用激素替代治疗4例。结果9例肾上腺肿瘤切除术患儿均成活,无1例出现严重的麻醉并发症。结论完善的术前准备、严密的术中监测和正确的麻醉处理才能保证肾上腺肿瘤手术患儿的安全。Objective To discuss the preoperative preparation and anesthesia management in children undergoing adrenal tumouralectomy. Methods Nine paediatric patients undergoing adrenal tumoralectomy were studied, All patients were performed under general anesthesia, Two of them combined with epidural anesthesia.There were four cases received hormonotherapy from two hours of preoperation to intraoperation Results All cases survived, No one had any serious anesthetic complications. Conclusion The key point of anesthesia for surgery of paediatric adrenal tumour was sufficient preoperative preparation, closely monitoring and right management.
