B超下主动脉壁厚度与血清载脂蛋白的关系

摘  要:B型超声心动图下测量了128例高血压病患者主动脉壁厚度(AWT),同时检测了血脂指标。结果显示:与正常血脂组比较,高脂血症组血清载脂蛋白B(ApoB)水平和AWT均增加(P<均0.01),ApoA1和ApoA1/ApoB均降低(分别P<0.05和P<0.01),合并冠心病的患病率亦增高(P<0.05)。直线相关分析显示:AWT与ApoB呈正相关(r=0.314),与ApoA1(r=-0.411)和ApoA1/ApoB(r=-0.751)呈负相关,P<均0.01。经逐步回归,筛选对AWT有显著作用的血脂指标是ApoA1/ApoB。The aorta wall thickness (AWT) was measured wiht B-mode echocardiography in 128 patients with primary hypertension. The blood lipids level were simutaneously determined. The results showed that compared with normal lipidemia group, serumal ApoB and AWT were increased (all P<0. 01),ApoA1 and the ratio of ApoA1/ApoB were decreased (P<0.05&P<0.01 respectively), and the prevalence rate of coronary heart disease was elevated P<0.05), in hyperlipidemia group. The correlation analysis suggested the AWT has a linear positive correlation with ApoB (r=0.314), and negative correlation with ApoA1 (r=-0. 411) and ApoA1/ApoB (r=-0.751) (all P<0.01). The stepwise regression analysis showed that blood lipid parmeters which play a significant role in AWT were sifted out and result is ApoA1/ApoB.
