摘　　要：目的了解犯罪嫌疑人对HIV/AIDS知识的认知程度,为这一高危人群的AIDS健康教育与行为干预提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法对某监所376名犯罪嫌疑人进行HIV/AIDS的知识认知程度和该人群的文化程度、犯罪类型、吸毒史进行调查。结果376名犯罪嫌疑人以20～40岁占78.99%为最多。对AIDS基本概念认知正确率与男女性别、文化程度有关,均有显著性差异(P<0.05),但与犯罪嫌疑人是否吸毒和犯罪类型无明显关系(P>0.05)。对AIDS传播途径的认知正确率以文盲者为最低,其次为小学、初中者,以高中、大专者为最高;在吸毒者和非吸毒者中并无差别;犯罪类型中的涉毒卖淫者对多性伴性行为认知正确率最低(62.83%)。结论HIV/AIDS的预防控制,应将高危人群和具有高危行为的特殊群体犯罪嫌疑人列为监测重点,在监所哨点开展HIV/AIDS知识的宣教,以降低HIV的感染率。Objective To investigate the background knowledge of the criminal suspects on HIV/AIDS,and provide the basis for the health education and intervention to the high risk population mentioned above. Methods A questionnaire survey on the knowledge of HIV/AIDS was conducted amongst 376 suspects in a jail. The background on their education, history of drug abuse, and the nature of the criminal ease were also recorded. Results The awareness of the HIV/AIDS in these suspects was significantly correlated with the gender, background education and types of suspeets （P〈0.05）. Suspects with college education had a highest ranking of awareness （e.g.route of transmission） of AIDS, and the ranking was lowest for non-educated suspects. The awareness of the AIDS between drug addicts and non-drug addicts was similar （P〉0.05）.Suspects who were involved in both prostitution and drug abuse had the lowest rate of awareness about the risk of contact with AIDS through muhisexual partner behavior （62.83%）. Conclusion For the prevention and control of AIDS, emphasis should be made on the high risk populations and special criminal suspects. These include a dose monitoring and providing education to these high risk groups.
