摘  要:目的应用放射性微球技术检测激素性兔肌组织血流量。方法20只成年兔分为2组,1组为对照组,另1组给予地塞米松注射8周,采用放射性微球技术测量兔肌组织血流量。结果对照组肌组织中,以膈的血流量最高(P<0.01),上肢肌血流量高于下肢肌(P<0.05);激素组肌组织血流量较对照组低(P<0.01),降低幅度最明显的为膈。结论长程使用糖皮质激素可降低兔肌组织血流量。Objective To quantitatively measure hormonal muscular blood flow in rabbits by radioactive microsphere techniques. Metheds 20 rabbits were divided into 2 groups randomly, 10 were used as a control group, 10 were injected the dexamethasone in 8 weeks as modal group. The muscular blood flow in 2 group Rabbits were measured with radioactive microsphere techniques. Results In the control group, the blood flow of diaphragm was the highest among all muscular tissue( P 〈0.01). The blood flow of upper limb muscles was significantly higher than that of lower limb muscles( P 〈0.05). The muscular blood flow of modal group was significantly less than that of control group( P 〈0.01). The blood flow of diaphragm was significantly lower in modal group than other muscles. Conclusion Long-term glucocorticoid treatment reduced the muscular blood flow in rabbits.
