摘　　要：通过计量分析研究我国1978年—2003年间货币流通速度的变化,指出影响我国货币流通速度的主要因素有经济货币化、金融现代化、储蓄率、利率和通货膨胀率,并予以不同程度的解释。提出我国在制定货币政策时,应注意货币流通速度的变化。在此基础上对改善这种状况提出相应建议,以供相关部门参考。This paper analyzes the change of velocity of money in China from 1978 to 2003 by econometrics method. This study has found that there are some key factors influencing the velocity of money in our country： economic monetization, financial modernization rate. Explanations of their impacts on the velocity of money are , saving rate, interest rate and inflation given respectively and it is emphasized that the change of velocity of money should be considered when making monetary policy. In this paper, suggestions are also made to relevant policy makers on how to adjust their policy to the velocity of money.
