摘　　要：保持共产党员先进性教育和以往大规模的党内集中教育相比,鲜明的特点是以提高党的执政能力为着眼点,加强党的执政能力建设蕴含着党的建设的新思路,对执政能力的自觉追求是执政党先进性的时代体现,以提高党的执政能力为保持党员先进性教育的着眼点,是党在长期执政的历史方位中加强先进性建设重要的新经验。Compared with the past large-scale centralized education inside the Party, the education campaign conducted to maintain the advanced features of the Party members is characterized with its focus on the improvement of the Party＇s ruling ability, which contains the new idea of the Party＇s construction. The self-conscious pursuit of the ruling ability is the reflection of the Party＇ s advanced features in times while the focus on the improvement of the Party＇ s ruling ability to keep the advanced features of the Party members is the new experience that the Party has drawn from the long history of enhancing its advanced features in its ruling.
