苏东国家执政党“民主集中制”建设的偏差及启示

摘　　要：民主集中制原则是马克思主义政党的根本组织制度和领导制度,是其建立和发展的最基本的制度保证。马克思、恩格斯、列宁曾对此进行了精辟的论述。在无产阶级政党的执政实践中,苏东国家的无产阶级执政党在民主集中制建设方面出现了一系列偏差,成为其垮台的重要原因,给了我们以深刻的启示。The principle of democratic centralism is Marxist ruling Party＇ s basic organization and leadership system; it is also the basic system guarantee for the establishment and development of Marxist ruling Party. Marx, Angles and Lenin all have make brilliant expositions on this point. In the ruling practice of the proletarian parties, the proletarian ruling parties of the countries east of the former Soviet Union had a series of deviations in their constructions of democratic centralism, which resuhed in their collapsing and offered us with profound enlightenment.
