摘　　要：通过对宝鸡市社会图书馆的摸底调查,比较、分析本市社会图书馆现状,存在的问题和原因所在,并根据实际情况提出了改变现状应从提高认识、把社会图书馆(室)建设作为知识工程基础建设要素之一,纳入城市总体规划、赋予并强化城市中心图书馆(公共图书馆)的示范业务指导职能等方面入手的建议。The paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the library, and puts forward ways to change the current situation and regards the development of public libraries as one of the key elements of the development of knowledge project. The author also thinks that The demonstration guidance function of the library should be included in the general plan of the city, and should also be improved.
