摘　　要：知识库的建立是今后高校图书馆实施知识管理的重点和难点。本文概述了高校图书馆知识库的内容,重点分析了知识库在知识管理中的作用,探讨了建立高校图书馆知识库的原则、模式以及需注意的问题。Development of knowledge bank is a key point and a difficult issue in knowledge management in university libraries in future, the ardde gives a general description of the content of knowledge base, intensively analyses the functions of knowledge management, and discusses the principles, models as well as problems to be noted in developing a knowledge base.
