摘　　要：从“体育是人类优化自身生命存在的一种意识和活动”、“体育是人类交往的文化”、“体育的肢体语言是一种世界性的语言文化”等角度讨论体育文化,进一步拓宽了体育文化的研究领域。Physical Education can be considered as a kind of culture phenomenon in terms of ＂the creation of physical education subjects＂ and ＂the behavior of physical education group＂. The authors expound the culture of physical education from the angle of ＂Physical education is a kind of consciousness and activity that human optimizes life＂, ＂physical education is a culture that human communicate＂ and ＂physical education is an internal body language culture＂, which widens that field of physical education research.
