摘 要:测定了丙烯酸异冰片酯(IBA)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)共聚合反应的竞聚率。当M_1=IBA,M_2=MMA,它们分别为r_1=0.14,r_2=2.50。共聚物Tg值均在105℃以上。热熔流动性与硬度较PMMA高。布氏硬度值在20℃时测定在21~25kg/mm^2之间。共聚物的拉伸与压缩强度较PIBA有较大提高,且随MMA链节增减而变化。共聚物透明性好,折光指数在1.4920~1.4985之间,对于可见光区的透光率与PMMA相同。In this paper, the copolymerization of methacrylate (MMA) and isobornyl acrylate (IBA) was studied. Reactivity ratios of the copolymerization, mechanical and optical properties of these copolymers were measured. When M1= IBA and M2 = MMA, reactivity ratios of the copolymerization are r1 = 0.14 and r2 = 2.50. Melt index and HB hardness, of these copolymers are increased with, increasing IBA content in copolymers, HB hardness of them are varied in 21-25kg/mm. at 20℃ (PMMA = 20.6kg/mm2 at the same condition). Tensile and compression strength of these copolymers were increased with increasing MMA content in copolymers. These copolymers have the same transparency with that of PMMA in visible region and refractive index of them were increased with increasing IBA content, BD25 of them are waried in 1.4920-1.4985.
