区域主导产业选择的人力资本匹配基准研究

摘　　要：科学、合理地确立主导产业是一地区、乃至一国经济发展的关键,现有的主导产业选择基准往往立足于国民经济的视角,忽视了各区域自身条件的特殊性。考虑到中国各区域资源禀赋的巨大差异,特别是人力资本分配的地域差距,提出了区域主导产业选择的人力资本匹配基准,给出了相应指标的计算方法,并以最新的统计数据给予实证。Scientific and rational selection of regional leading industry is the key for regional economy growth. The existing selection criterions of leading industry are all established upon the whole country economy, neglecting the particularity of the regions. Considering the great resource and gift differences among regions, especially in the human capital distribution, this paper put forward the human capital matching criterion, and provide the calculate method of the corresponding index, and empirical studies on the latest statistical data at last.
