摘　　要：本文从中国新时代质量体系认证指出的热处理电阻炉温度现场校正法存在的质量影响因素展开研究,通过对热处理电阻炉温度现场校正值的数理统计分析和物理本质分析,指出了现场炉温校正法的必要性及影响因素,提出对炉温现场校正值合理性的评判标准,对于稳定热处理质量有重要的意义。In this paper, the correct value of temperature measure in the field is studied after the questions are indicated in it by XQC, the data are analyzed by probability statistical distribution and physical means, it is necessary to measure temperature of furnace in the field, and there are some effects on it , the standards are established for the judgement of the correct value of temperature measure , the quality of heat treatment will be improved by this way .
