摘　　要：结合某炼油工程催化重整装置四合一炉炉管焊接施工,对炉管用耐热钢的焊接性进行分析和试验;根据现场焊接条件,制订了合理的焊接工艺和现场焊接施工方案,并对现场焊接施工的全过程质量管理进行了系统的介绍。The weldability of heat-resistant steel was analyzed and tested for welding pipes of 4 in 1catalytic reforming furnace of an oil refining project. According to the field welding condition, appropriate welding procedure and field welding scheme were formulated. And the quality control for field welding process was also recommended systematically in this paper.
