摘  要:根据企业的液压油缸焊接中普遍出现的问题,我们经过研究改进,将原来的卧式焊夹改为立式焊夹,再通过上水冷焊接,使焊接不仅达到图纸要求的垂直度和对称度,而且焊接效率也提高了5倍以上。液压试验完全达到要求。Based on the common problems found in welding hydraulic cylinder, a test is made by substituting the vertical welding:jig for horizontal one. Water-cooling welding is added in the process in consideration of the features of the vertical welding jig. Results show that such welding not only meet the perpendicularity and symmetry required, but also the efficiency is upgraded by over five times. The hydraulic test also satisfies the requirement.
