摘 要:为了降低用离心级联净化浓缩铀产品时净化级联精料端轻杂质的含量,研究了一种附加供料方法。通过给离心净化级联附供氟利昂C6F12,加大了离心净化级联精料端的杂质取料量,避免了轻杂质积累,保证了离心机的安全。以核燃料中典型的金属杂质C rO2F2为例进行计算表明,产品中金属杂质小于1×10-6,通过调节氟利昂的供料比例,净化级联末级的轻杂质含量可以限制在3%以下或更低,杂质中235U F6的丰度小于5×10-6。通过附供C6F12可以实现用离心级联净化核燃料的目的。An additional feed method was developed to reduce the light impurity concentrations at the product end of a purge cascade in a centrifuge cascade used to purge enriched uranium. The impurity withdrawal rate from the product end of the centrifuge pt4rge cascade was enhanced by feeding additional C6F12 into the centrifuge purge cascade. The impurity accumulation was eliminated which protects the centrifuge. Numerical calculations using a typical metal impurity CrO2F2 show that the metal impurity concentration in the product is less than 1 ×10^-6, the light imp,urity concentration can be reduced to less than 3% by adjusting the freon feed percentage, and the ^235UF6 concentration in the impurity withdrawal stream is less than 5 × 10^-6. Therefore, nuclear fuel can he purified in a centrifuge cascade with additional C6F12 feed.
