摘　　要：文章首先从理论角度出发，探讨了木材产业发展与生态保护之间的辩证关系，得出了木材产业与生态保护相互依存、相互促进的结论；然后，立足于中国林业发展的现实，总结了木材产业与生态保护之间的矛盾，并进行了原因探讨；最后，就如何实现中国木材产业发展与生态保护的动态均衡进行了策略设计。The paper first argues mutual rehtionship of timber industry development and ecological conservation. And it comes to the conclusion that both of them can be mutually reinforcing. Then based on the condition of China＇s forestry development, it summaries the conflict of timber industry and ecological conservation, and explains its causes. Finally, it gives relevant proposals on how to realize the dynamic equilibrium of them.
