摘　　要：近年来，浙江省非公有制林业得到了迅速发展，成绩显著。文章综述了浙江省非公有制林业的发展历程与经营方式，详述了推行机制创新、产业化经营的经验与做法。分析了存在的问题，并对促进其健康发展提出了：稳定政策、完善法规、扶持政策到位、科技创新等对策建议。In recent years, non-public forestry has developed rapidly and got remarkable achievements in Zhejiang province. The paper is based on deep investigation, the developing status of non-public forestry was summarized. The main experiences of it were introduced, including innovation mechanism, industrialization and tourism, etc. And the problems of non-public forestry development were analyzed. Finally, some suggestions were put forward.
