摘　　要：基于VB的信息采集方法有两种,方法一是使用A/D板将采集仪的模拟信号转换为数字信号,然后用VB调用驱动A/D板的动态链接库(DLL),利用其中包含的函数使用USB口进行信息采集;方法二是先将采集器的模拟信号通过V/F电路转换成数字信号,利用VB语言直接发送命令驱动计数模块,计数模块返回的信息通过USB口实现信号的传输。通过对地面驱动螺杆泵采油系统工况参数测试仪2种基于VB的信息采集方法对比分析,并考虑到采集模块本身的适应性、价格、编程规模等综合因素,提出了改进的地面驱动螺杆泵工况参数测试仪的信息采集方法。There are two methods of information collect based on VB. One is to convert signal from analogue to digital by A/D conversion board, then collect the information through USB. The other is to convert signal from analogue to digital by V/F conversion board, using VB make the counting module work. Through comparison of the two methods of information collection on the working state parameter for progressive cavity pump oil production system and the consideration of the adaptability, price, programmed scale of the module, an improved method of information collection on the working state parameter is put forward.
