摘  要:采用室内盆栽法测定了除草剂嗪草酸甲酯对24种杂草的活性,田间试验研究了嗪草酸甲酯对大豆安全性和对田间杂草除草效果。试验结果表明:嗪草酸甲酯在15~20ga.i./hm2剂量下于温室内茎叶处理对反枝苋、苍耳等阔叶杂草防效在90%以上,对禾本科杂草和鬼针草等部分阔叶杂草防效在60%以下;在12~15ga.i./hm2剂量下于田间茎叶处理对苘麻、藜的防效可达90%以上,对鸭跖草等有一定的抑制作用。产生的触杀性药害没有影响大豆正常生长。Greenhouse pot experiments were conducted to test the activity of fluthiacet in controlling 24 weed species, and field experiments were conducted to determine soybean injury and weed control with fluthiacet. Fluthiacet applied postemergence at 15-20 g a.i./ha in the greenhouse provided 〉90% control of broadleaf weeds such as Amaranthus retroflexus and Xanthium sibiricum, but 〈60% control of grass weeds and certain broadleaf species such as Bidens bipinnata. Fluthiacet postemergence at 12-15 g a.i./ha in the field controlled Chenopodium album and Abutilon theophrasti 〉90% and inhibited Commelina communis. The contact injury caused by fluthiacet on soybeans did not influence crop growth.
