摘 要:目的了解多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药基因和耐药性。方法用MIC法检测鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性,用PCR方法检测各种耐药基因。结果2株菌对亚胺培南耐药,1株中介;所测菌均呈多重耐药性。23株菌均扩增到blaTEM和aacA4基因;22株菌检测到ampC基因,22株菌aacC1、aadA1基因为阳性,2株菌aphA1基因为阳性;2株菌blaPER基因为阳性,3株菌blaOXA-23型基因阳性。结论携带am-pC、blaPER、blaOXA-23、aacA4、aadA1等多种耐药基因是我院鲍曼不动杆菌多重耐药的主要原因。Objective To understand the resistant genes ofAcinetobactrer baumannii with multi-resistance. Methods Antibiotic susceptibility tests were performed by MIC methods, the resistant genes were amplified by PCR method. Results 2 strains of Acinetobacter baumannil were resistant to imipenem and 1 strain to intermediate; All of the strains were multi-resistance. There were 23 strains carried blame, aacA4 genes, and 22 strains carried ampC genes, 22 strains carried aacC1 and aadA 1 genes, 2 strains aphA 1 genes, 2 strains blasts genes, and 3 strains carried blaoxA-23 genes. Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii with multi-resistance genes carting ampC, blaPER, blaOXA-23, aacA4, aacC1 and aadA etc. can cause the muhi-resistance of drugs.
