摘　　要：目的:观察必可酮、斯奇康联合治疗哮喘的临床疗效,评价其临床应用价值。方法:把临床确诊为支气管哮喘病人82例随机分为两组,治疗组42例,吸入必可酮加肌注斯奇康注射液;对照组40例,仅吸入必可酮治疗,同时进行疗效观察。结果:治疗组42例,显效26例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效率95.2%;对照组40例,显效15例,有效14例,无效11例,总有效率72.5%。结论:必可酮、斯奇康联合治疗哮喘疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To study the clinical curative effect of beclomethsone dipropionate aerosol（BDP）combined with polysaccharide nucleic acid fraction of bacillus calmette guerin for injection （BCG-PSN） in the treatment of asthma and evaluate its clinical value.Methods：82 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment groups（n=42）.and control group（n=40）. The treatment group was treated with BDP inhalation combined with BCG-PSN intramuscular injection,the control group only with BDP inhalation.Results：In the treatment group,26 cases were apparent effec414 cases were effective,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 95.2%.In the control group,15 cases were apparent effec414 cases were effective,11 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 72.5%.Conclusion：The curative effect of BDP combined with BCG-PSN in the treatment of asthma is signilican4and is worth popularizing in clinic.
