摘　　要：济钢三炼钢厂1号板坯连铸机,从投产到目前已经开浇1200多次,通过某些具体措施的实施,开浇成功率达到了百分之百,创造了较好的经济效益。No. 1 slab caster of the No. 3 Steel - making Plant,Jinan Iron and Steel Group has got more than 1200 times cast starting since it was commenced to operate. With execution of some measures, the successful ratio of cast starting has come to 100% and this has brought enormous economic benefit.
