天坛饭店改造加固方案的对比分析

摘　　要：针对天坛饭店改造加固方案采用新旧规范对设计使用年限和抗震设防目标、抗震计算分析及构造措施等进行了对比分析,阐述了在结构改造工程中,针对不同设防目标和设计使用年限,有不同的加固方法和加固内容。实际工程应具体情况具体分析,采用合理的设计后续使用年限和相应的设防目标,在确保结构安全的前提下节省投资。According to the analysis and comparison on design working life, seismic fortification target, seismic calculation and details of seismic design among different reform and strengthening design of Tiantan Hotel, it is indicated that there are different techniques and matters with different fortification objectives and design working life. Solving main problem is a better way when analyzing different projects. Reasonable design continuous working life and corresponding fortification objectives should be applied so as to make the design safety and economy.
