摘  要:大容量循环流化床锅炉通常采用外置换热器来调节炉膛温度和工质温度。该文研究了一种用于外置换热器进料控制的新型气动控制阀在不同结构尺寸下的冷态控制特性,其中包括气动控制阀出口隔板高度、气动阀中水平通道长度以及进料管直段高度对控制特性的影响。结果表明,隔板高度增加使控制特性由调节特性向开关特性转变,水平通道长度增加使物料流动阻力增加,需与足够高的进料管直段高度相匹配,才能获得良好的控制特性。External heat exchanger is generally used in large-scale circulating fluidized bed boiler to adjust furnace temperature and working material temperature.The characteristics of a new type pneumatic control valve with varies structure size applied to control the circulating solids flow rate into external heat exchanger in circulating fluidized bed was investigated in this paper. Influence of the height of clapboard fixed on the outlet of the pneumatic valve on the relation of control air and solids flow rate was given. The relation of controlling air and solid flow rate in the pneumatic valve with an extended plane segment was also given. Influence of the height of the inlet tube on the control characteristics was discussed as well.
