改进捻线设备降低帘线强力损失的初步探讨

摘　　要：分析了捻线工序中影响帘线强力损失的设备部件及其成因,提出将原导丝钩、导丝器的摩擦点合二为一,提升导丝器位置,改进气圈成形的方法。试验选择气圈环,用布轮打磨筒管边缘提高光滑度。通过比较改进前、后原丝-复捻丝的强损,证明捻线设备改进可以有效降低帘线强损。Analysis is done to the cause of the tension loss of the involved equipments in process of twisting. Suggestion is put forth that the friction points of the thread rider and the thread guider be integrated as one,the location of the thread guider be raised, ballooning be modified, trial selection of the balloon be made, the bobbin margin be polished with the cloth roller. Only by using the measures listed above and by the modificatioon and the comparison of the heavy loss of the raw yarn and the doubled yarn, the modification of the equipment can reduce tension loss of the cord.
