摘　　要：对科研攻关项目及其蕴含的战略效益作了介绍,分析了现有战略效益评估方法存在的主要不足。实物期权法可以解决评估战略效益中的一些难点,是一种可以付诸实践的评估方法。After a discussion of the characteristics of the state research projects and their strategic return, the strength and weakness of the current evaluation models are pointed out. It is believed that, the real options approach is applicable in such an evaluation system building.
