摘　　要：数字图书馆的出现和发展给著作权制度带来很多新问题。从数字图书馆的主体性质入手,分析了如何运用著作权制度来更好促进数字图书馆的发展,并进一步提出了著作权制度改革的一些建议。The construction of digital library will involve new copyright issues. The article analyses how to improve the development of digital library by the use of copyright issues from the main nature, the advices of the reformation of copyright in advance.
