紫红獐牙菜醋酸乙酯部位体外抗乙型肝炎病毒作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察紫红獐牙菜醋酸乙酯部位抗乙型肝炎病毒的作用。方法在对2215细胞最大无毒浓度范围内,将含有不同浓度醋酸乙酯提取物的DMEM培养液加入2215细胞共同培养8天。采用固相放免实验方法,检测药物对2215细胞HBsAg和HBeAg表达的作用。结果供试品对乙型肝炎病毒转染的2215细胞培养液中HBsAg、HBeAg的选择指数(SI)分别为5.13和4.08。结论紫红獐牙菜醋酸乙酯部位在体外有抗HBV的作用。Objective： To estimate the anti hepatitis of the Ethyl Acetate extract of Swertia punicea Hemsl. Methods： The 2215 cells were treated with the varied concentration of the Ethyl Acetate extract of Szoertia punicea Hemsl below the maximum nontoxic concentration for 8 days. Culture fluid was collected and the contents of HBsAg and HBeAg were detertnined by using radioimmunoassay kit respectively. Results： The Selective Index of the inhibited effect of Suertia punicea Hemsl on HBsAg and HBeAg in the euhured hepatocarcinoma cell line 2215 （Hep G2） which was genetransfered with Hepatitis B Virus were 5. 13 and 4. 08. Conclusion： The Ethyl Acetate extract of Szoertia punicea Hemsl is effective in inhibiting HBV replication in vitro.
