摘  要:目的评价低分子壳聚糖对大鼠脂类代谢、脂质过氧化反应等多方面的影响。方法将30只Wistar大鼠随机分为3组,普通饲料喂养组(A组)、高脂肪高营养饲料喂养组(B组)和高脂肪高营养饲料+低分子壳聚糖组(C组)。分别测量全部大鼠的体重、血脂、肝脂、血浆脂质过氧化指标等。结果B组大鼠的体重增量显著性高于A组,B组血脂、肝脂均明显升高,血浆脂质过氧化水平增高,抗氧化能力下降,而C组大鼠体重、血脂、肝重、肝脏脂肪含量及血浆脂质过氧化水平明显降低,动脉硬化指数下降。结论低分子壳聚糖具有一定的降低动脉粥样硬化风险的倾向。Objective: To observe the effect of low molecular chitosan on lipids, lipid peroxidation in nutritional obesity rats. Methods.. 30 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal food raised group(group A), high energy food raised group(group B), and high energy food combined with low molecular chitosans raised group(group C). The nutritional obesity model by feeding with high-fat diet for eigh~ weeks. All of these datas which include weight, serum lipid, hepatic lipid and plasma lipid peroxidation level were detected respectively. Results: The body weight in high-caloric feeding group increased significantly than those of the controls, the nutritional obesity rats were thus induced. Compared to the low molecular chitosan treatment group, the lipid levels in serum and liver increased significantly, the lipid peroxidation level increased significantly, the antioxidation ability decreased significantly in model group. Conclusion: There was an apparent trend that low molecular chitosan could decrease the risk of arteriosclerosis in nutritronal obesity rats.
