中药复方顽疣净对小鼠免疫器官重量和淋巴细胞转化的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药复方顽疣净的免疫药效学,观察该药对小鼠免疫器官(脾脏、胰腺)、淋巴细胞的影响。方法采用昆明种小鼠,分为正常对照组、香菇多糖对照组和顽疣净小、中、大剂量组。结果中等剂量的顽疣净能增加脾脏指数,与正常对照组比较P<0.05,顽疣净中、大剂量组均能提高淋巴细胞转化率,与正常对照组比较P<0.05,P<0.01。结论顽疣净对细胞免疫功能有一定的增强作用。Objective： To observe Wanyoujing decoction＇s effect on the immune organs （spleen, pancreas） and lymphocytes in mice. Methods： Kunming strain mice were used and divided into the following groups： Wanyoujing groups （large, middle and small doses）, mushroom polysaccharide group and normal control. Results： Middle does of Wanyoujing could increase spleen index （P 〈 0.05）, increase lymphocyte blastogenesis rate （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion. Wanyoujing decoction had the effect to increase cellt.lar immune function in mice.
