温阳活血、养阴活血法对肾病模型大鼠作用的比较

摘　　要：目的比较温阳活血和养阴活血两种治则的中药方剂治疗原发性肾病综合征的疗效,探讨治疗儿童原发性肾病综合征的有效治法。方法用阿霉素(ADR)诱导一种类似人类微小病变肾病模型,选用中药温阳活血方、养阴活血方对模型进行治疗,并设正常组、模型组、强的松对照组。观察实验大鼠的一般情况、尿蛋白、血清蛋白水平、血脂水平、光镜下肾组织病理损伤的修复。结果温阳活血组尿蛋白、血脂水平明显降低,血清蛋白水平提高,肾脏病理损伤明显改善。养阴活血组尿蛋白、血脂水平均有下降,肾脏病理损害有改善。强的松对照组尿蛋白、血脂水平有所下降,血清蛋白水平有所提高,肾脏病理损伤有改善。结论温阳活血法、养阴活血法对肾病模型大鼠均有治疗作用,温阳活血方疗效较养阴活血方疗效好且作用更全面。Objective： To find out the effective therapeutic methods of treating children with idiopathic nephrotie syndrome（INS） through investigating the difference on the efficacy and mechanisms in treaing INS with two different Chinese herbs prescriptions. The one is warming Yang and prorating blood circulation. The other is alimenting Yin and promoting blood circulation. Methods： A minimalchange nephropathy model that is similar to human was induced by adrkamyein（ADR） in rats. The rats were randomly divided into five groups： normal control, nephrotic control, the groups treated with warming Yang to promote blood circulation, and the groups treated with alimenting Yin to promote blood circulation,and the groups treated with Prednison~ The rats general states and some parameters such as proteinuria, hernalbumin, serum lipid and the regain of renal lesion. Results ： There was a considerable change on proteinuria, serum lipid and renal lesion in treating with warming Yang to promote blood circulation,and this groups hemalbumin was also promoted. The prescription of alimenting Yin to promote blood circulation was able to change proteinuria, serum lipid and renal lesion. There was a change on proteinuria and renal lesion in treating with Prednison~ Conclusion： The prescription of warming Yang to promote blood circulation and alimenting Yin to promote blood circulation both treated ADR-induced nephrotic syndrome in rat allsidedly. The prescription of warming Yang to promote blood circulation was better than the treatment with alimenting Yin to promote blood circulation.
