摘　　要：红色旅游不仅是促进旅游业发展和拓展社会经济发展空间的新的增长点,更是爱国主义思想教育和精神文明建设的重要组成部分。河南省拥有丰富的红色旅游资源,如何将资源优势化为市场竞争优势,是我们关注的重要课题。本文在分析河南红色旅游资源开发优势和制约因素的基础上,提出了发展河南红色旅游的实施战略。Red-tourism serves as not only a new increase in the development of local tourism and e- comony, but also an important component for patriotism and spiritual civilization education. Henan province has rich resources of Red-tourism. The most important subject is how to take advantage of these tourist resources in today＇s competitive market. Based on the preliminary market analysis of Henan＇s tourist resources of Red-tourism, this article probes into the implementing strategy of the tourist development.
