对基础设施领域引入民间投资的思考

摘　　要：近年来,我国政府积极引进外资,改变以国家为单一投资主体的投资体制,收到了显著的效果。但要保持较高的经济增长率,基础设施建设面临的资金压力还很大,能用于基础设施建设的国家财政资金又十分有限,而利用民间资本进行基础设施建设不失为一条有效途径。Recently our country＇s government actively fetching in foreign capital to transform the investing system that state as single investing body, and has received striking result. However, to keep relatively high economic increasing rate, the pressure that basic facilities construction confronting to is still serious, and state financial fund that can be spent on it is really restrictive. Therefore, utilizing folks capital to build basic facilities is a effective aw enue.
