摘  要:端部脱砂压裂是近年来发展起来的一项增产工艺技术,国内部分油田开展了研究和试验工作,设计难度大,现场施工成功率低。结合吐哈油田特征,对端部脱砂的原理、设计步骤以及进行端部脱砂优化设计所需的压裂液粘度、液体滤失系数、液体效率、施工参数等进行了系统研究,并成功应用于现场。端部脱砂压裂技术在吐玉克深层稠油应用4井次,施工成功率100%,压后有效率100%,平均单井日增油5.5m3,有效期大于180天,取得了很好的增产效果。End - sand - fallout - fracturing is a stimulation technology developed in recent years. Some of domestic oilfields have carried out its study and test, but with huge difficulty in design and low success of field operation. Combined with the behavior of Tuha oilfield, the principle of end - sand - fallout, its design schedule, and those such as fracturing fluid viscosity and fluid loss coefficient and liquid efficiency and operating parameters which axe required in optimized design for end - sand - fallout are systematically studied. It is applied successfully in field. End - sand - fallout - fracturing technique has been apphed in the wells of deep heavy oil reservoir of Tu Yuke four times with 100% success rate, its efficiency after fracturing is 100%. Average oil increment of single well is 5.5 m^3 ; period of validity is over 180. Good effect of production increment is taken.
