摘　　要：基于信息化战争的到来和信息化军事装备逐渐装备部队的新形势,提出了基于信息流程变革军事装备管理系统的构想,分析了存在的问题,给出了军事装备管理系统整体变革设计的整体框架,并对军事装备管理系统中信息流程、业务流程这两大核心流程的重新设计进行了探讨。In view of the new situation of the advent of informatized war and informatization equipment for the troops, this paper puts forward the vision of transforming military equipment management system based on information process, analyzes the problems, gives the integrative framework of military equipment management system transformation design, discusses the redesign of the information process and business process in the military equipment management system.
