摘 要:对600℃下铸态钎料BN i-2和不锈钢母材0Cr18N i9进行蠕变试验,基于双参数法对试验数据回归,拟合得到了蠕变损伤模型中所需的材料常数。利用耦合蠕变损伤有限元法对钎焊搭接接头进行数值模拟,计算结果与试验数据相一致,验证了采用损伤方法研究高温钎焊接头的可行性。最后通过有限元计算分析了高温服役条件下搭接钎焊接头危险区域的分布及延长其服役寿命的措施。A series of creep tests were performed on nickel-based brazing filler BNi-2 and parent metal stainless steel 0Cr18Ni9 at 600℃.A simplified method was used to regress the test results and obtain the material constants required in creep damage analysis.The finite element method coupled with the damage constitutive equation was employed to investigate the creep behavior of the lap brazed joint.The simulation results appeared close agreement to the experimental data,which indicated the feasibility to employ damage approach to study the mechanical behavior of brazed joint at high temperature.The hazard region of the lap brazed joint was analyzed by the numerical simulation and some suggestions to design brazed joint against creep failure were also presented.
